Chris there are many types of three point areators available. There are also many manufacturers of them, to make recommendations of the different types it is important to know what types of soil you have to work in. The other is the size of tractor it is to be used with. ....

Art, the tractor is a TC25D. Searching around the net, the only thing I've run across is the AERA-VATOR, which is PTO driven and looks a little elaborate. ....

Chris if you go to aerway.com you will find a grond drive unit we have had excellent luck with. By that I mean we sell them they go out and there are no repairs or grumbling afterwords. They do have large teeth but they do not bend or seem to break on the stones here in NY. there are others out there that don't use as large of a tooth but they are often made out of lesser steel and often bend. Naturally those machines will sell for less just let me know if the Aerway is to much and I'll find some other brands for you. ....

go to www.ttcsp.com and click on ticsp americas.check out the ryan tracaire.i've tried several and this one is the best we've had in 40 years.good luck ....

Go to millcreekmfg.com , I've used them many times and they work very well. If you are looking to buy, they are not cheap.I've rented at $75 a day. Good luck ....

Chris you should be looking at a 6' width to cover your tracks and then some you have plenty of tractor to pull one. I don't believe you need a powered one unless you really need to have the ability to tear up sme turf for overseeding. Mill Creek is a good brand of equipment and at a reasonable price. ....
